Junior Project Manager

Job duties:

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated Junior Project Manager who can manage concurrent ecommerce projects, teams, and deliverables. The Junior Project Manager will be managing key projects for large well-known clients and internal projects. This person will also support business functions both pre and post implementation where needed.



The ideal candidate has worked in different service areas and has a proven record of managing web, logistics , account/client relationship sand customer service projects.



The Junior Project Manager will provide consistently effective management of technology project initiatives. By working with resources throughout the organization to develop and execute complex, comprehensive project plans that focus on the management of cross-organizational work structures and the tasks necessary to complete our work, this resource will help drive sales and service in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. 

Job requirements:

Requirements:

·  4 year degree in business, technology or related areas of study or equivalent work experience 

·  3-5 years project management - cross departmental projects with a high number of interdependencies 

·  Hands on implementation experience

·  Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Project and MS Office 

·  Experience working with the development and management of web systems, data warehouses

·  Experience in logistics, finance and customer service

·  Demonstrated organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills 

·  Leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence others to achieve a common objective 

·  Customer Oriented – ability to understand the market (customer) requirements of a business objective that may or may not be stated by internal personnel 

·  Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, including excellent listening skills, concise communication, and targeting the message to specific audiences 

·  Ability to effectively lead meetings comprised of users, technical resources, and all levels of management 

·  Ability to remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas, effectively control project scope, and able to aggressively drive projects to completion on time and within budget 

·  Ability to develop and expert-level knowledge of our business and apply that knowledge to day to day decisions 

·  Strong Project Management Skills

·  Motivated to drive excellence in service delivery, methodology, and operations (track record of managing successful projects) 

·  Ability to manage client expectations and manage scope throughout the lifecycle of the project; constantly and consistently communicate with the client and schedule, hold and lead client meetings as necessary 

The ability to identify key influencers (on the client side) and develop a strong partnership throughout the lifecycle of the project 

·  Ability to partner with Technical Leads to understand and communicate the technical foundation of each project 

·  Bias and ability to partner with the client and team to problem solve 

Expert level experience in analyzing business goals and metrics, understanding best practices while maintaining clients strategic direction
